I am in pursuit of bathing in experiences, not to constantly hunt for it, but to find still corners deeply saturated in joy and peace and stay there for a while.

When I started painting, it was intended as a simple treat ’for the pleasure of my eye’. In that time, the conversation of constant question was finally met with some reassurance when colour and line exploded out of me like a confetti gun.

My work is a personal journal, collection and documentation of things I like to indulge and immerse myself in. In this pursuit of the all consuming romance of lifestyle, small pleasures, the delight of experience, the adoration of engagement through the language of painting and illustration, personal portals of escapism happen to manifest an occurring reverie. Unintentional colours happen on my brush, simulating moments of rest, scenic sighs, the peace of water, shared stories and intimate reflection in a time of truly deep and beautiful survival.

Intangible moments, memories and daydreams inaccessible and forgotten, becomes a reimagined personal experience accessible to all.
